By accessing and using 999pk — whether through the website at 999pk.biz, any associated mobile interface, or any platform through which 999pk services are delivered — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and 999pk.

All deposits must come from an account or payment method registered in your own name. 999pk does not accept deposits from third-party sources. If a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the originating account and a processing fee may be applied.

Deposits are credited to your 999pk balance immediately upon successful processing. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. 999pk is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer.

Withdrawals at 999pk are processed promptly. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within five to eight minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals may take 30 to 60 minutes in normal circumstances. During peak periods or for amounts above standard thresholds, additional processing time may apply.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
